Terms and conditions
1. introduction
1. 1 these terms and conditions are valid for purchases online at:

1.2 the conditions define and specify the rights and responsibilities of the seller "company" and the buyer "customer". these terms and conditions in their current wording represent the content of the contract of purchase concluded between the seller and the buyer.

1.4 the buyer confirms by submitting the order that the consent with the terms and conditions and these will apply on all the relations between the seller and the buyer when concluding a contract of purchase as well as on potential claims on goods.
2. ordering goods
2.1 all orders placed on the sites of Golden Czech Hands are binding for both parties. when placing an order the buyer confirms that he or she has read and understood these terms and claim conditions. the seller confirms that the order has been accepted by sending an order confirmation e-mail.
3. price of goods
3.1 prices are always displayed transparently on the site next to individual products. all prices listed with the products are final with VAT (DPH). the price of goods does not include the price of shipping based on the method of delivery.
4. cancellations, reversal in contract of purchase and returns
4.1 Cancellation: in the case that you wish to cancel you order, which has not been dispatched, please, contact us as soon as possible. if you order has already been paid for, we will return the money within 14 days to the same account the payment was made from. in line with article 6 of the commercial code no. 367/2000 as amended the buyer has the right to back out of the contract within 14 days from the delivery date "not applicable for collecting the goods at the seller's operation in person".
4.2 Reversal in contract of purchase: When using the right to back out of the contract, please, inform us about your decision in writing via email on orders@goldenczechhands.cz.
we will confirm the receipt of the withdrawal from the contract at our earliest convenience via email indicated in your letter.
4.3 if you decide to back out of a contract it is necessary to return the goods:
- undamaged with no signs of use or wearing in the original package
- purchase receipt enclosed
- sending it back in the given period of time (from purchase date to return date)

4.4 We recommend you to send the goods back to us in an assured manner (registered delivery)
4.5 We do not accept goods returned by means of "pay on delivery" method.
4.6 when all the above mentioned conditions for returning of goods are met the payment for the goods shall be reimbursed to the buyer using the buyer's original payment method within 14 days from the date of delivery of withdrawal from the contract; this does not restrain the right of the buyer to agree with the seller on a different payment method providing that no additional charges are charged to the buyer. the seller is not obliged to reimburse the payment to the buyer prior to the receipt of the returned goods or prior to a prove from the buyer that the goods were returned back to the seller.
4.7 the buyer is not eligible to withdraw from the contract that comprises of a sale of goods prepared according to buyer's special requirements.
4.8 the seller has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the goods are dispatched to the buyer (normally due to items ordered are out of stock). in such an event, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer without a delay via an e-mail provided by the buyer in the order. prior to withdrawal from the contract the seller has the right to offer the buyer a compensation to the exact value of the order. the buyer has the right to refuse the compensation and withdraw from the contract. if the order or a part of it has already been paid for, the buyer will be reimbursed for the payment within 14 days from the date the buyer has been informed about the unavailability of the ordered items or following the day the compensation has been refused by the buyer to a bank account from which the payment has been received.
5. delivery period
5.1 We do our best to dispatch you order in the shortest time possible, usually from 1 to 3 working days, but not later than within 7 working days. the customer is informed via an e-mail within 24 hours from the expedition when the delivery is dispatched.
5.2 please, take into consideration that the delivery period of our shipments usually take 1 to 3 working days or 24 hours in case of expedited delivery services.
5.3 if you have received neither the goods nor a delivery notice by the post office within 7 days from the time you received our e-mail announcement of expedition, please, contact your local post office as well as our office on orders@goldenczechhands.cz.
5.4 Your package is handled with the greatest of care by the seller. the seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the postal services or courier or for damages of goods caused by the postal services or courier.
5.5 in case you select a payment in advance on our bank account we only dispatch the goods when the entire sum is credited on the account
5.6 we reserve the right to prolong the delivery period in case that unexpected circumstances appear. the buyer is immediately informed about any such extension of the delivery period.

7. means of payment and fees
7.1 we currently only accept methods of payment by bank transfer.
8. claims on goods and guarantee period
8.1 every delivery contains an invoice - a tax certificate which also serves as the certificate of guarantee. if the invoice is missing in the delivery, please, contact us as soon as possible by:

8.2 the guarantee period set by the law is 24 months from the acceptance date of the goods by the customer.
8.3 If you want to lodge a complaint on the goods purchased on the internet store, please inform us via e-mail at orders@goldenczechhands.cz
8.4 the reclaimed goods must be delivered along with the confirmation of payment as well as description of the defect to the address:

8.5 please, do not send us the reclaimed goods via 'cash on delivery'.
8.6 damage caused to the product by wearing it out or washing, which naturally changes the appearance of the product, will not be considered a justified reason for a claim.
8.7 the seller binds to inform the buyer within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the faulty goods complaint about the validity of such complaint and about the return procedure. when the complaint is eligible, the seller binds to settle a complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt. the faulty goods will be returned back to the buyer either repaired or exchanged for an identical item or other item that the buyer will choose (up to the value of the item subject to return) and sent back to the buyer on our expenses including the postage or the we will reimburse your payment including the postage costs. when the fault is unrepairable, but the fault does not prevent a due usage of the item, the buyer has the right to receive a reasonable discount.
8.8 upon the submission of a complaint, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a receipt. if the complaint is claimed within 12 months from the purchase of the product, the seller is eligible to reject the complaint only based on an expert opinion. if the seller rejects the complaint applied after 12 months of purchase, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer where the product can be sent for an expert's opinion. the expert's opinion with regard to the complaint process is inter alia the opinion of an authorised person or accredited person by the seller to perform warranty repairs. (EU 2013/23, article 2 §n "of the act on the protection of consumers").
8.9 the buyer also has the right to an exchange or to withdraw from the contract if the defect can be removed but the buyer cannot use the thing properly due to a repeated occurrence of the defects (article 623 para. 1 of the civil code). repeated occurrence of the defects after the repair is deemed in such circumstances if an identical defect occurs for the third time following at least two repairs of the same defect. the seller is obliged to issue a written document confirming the complaint handling no later than within 30 days of the date of complaint submission.
9. final summary on consumer rights
9.1 as from 15 February 2016, you can also apply for your rights via alternative online dispute resolution provided by the european commission and the regional point of contact resolving disputes online (ODR). your complaint will be processed within 90 days and can by submitted online filling form at
